there is also a guy who may be head of security,who usually stands almost to the back of the stage on charlestons side. he is usually near ralph macdonald.
he is around late 40's to early fiftes and has short blond hair.

I was on a short tour with Hootie in 2001 and that isn't the same guy they had, at least not then. He wasn't that big. FFG said his name is Terry. I forget Hootie's guy's name, but it wasn't that. For some reason Sandy is the name I'm thinking.

EDIT: Hootie's guy's name is/was Buddy.

It's amazing! Freddy of Freddy and the Fishsticks uses the same security as Jimmy. Note the two men standing behind Freddy and Sonny Landreth. How odd?

I figured they were on Jimmy's payroll as opposed to subcontracted, but I certainly don't know...

Page 3 in this gallery, 2nd to last pic, shows the guys with Ralph, and wearing BN lanyards! Getting lanyards to them from the original order was a fun, proud moment, with thanks to Brian, head of Alpine Valley Security at the time. Especially because they were seen in many tour pics wearing them! (5 years ago - wow how time flies!)
