My 19
93 Acura Vigor (that's 16 yrs old folks) that has ~175,000 miles on it does not qualify b/c it still gets 20 mpg.
(it actually gets about 18 in the city and about 23 on the highway), and runs like a gem.
Guess they don't make them like they used to.

And that's only a 250-cc bike. I think I've seen riding lawn mowers with bigger engines than that.
If you're going to ride a motorcycle, ride a
motorcycle. That there ain't much more than a moped on steroids.

True, however this one is fuel injected and is supposed to be able to take a bigger person up to highway speeds (60-65mph) without any problems and gets 83 miles to the gallon. As a commuter bike it would be hard to beat.

Interesting study on the program.
NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- The government's Cash for Clunkers program resulted in a far bigger boost to car sales than was previously estimated, even by the government, according to a new analysis by Maritz Research, an automotive market research company.
