Does anyone know what Jimmy said during a pre-show intrerview and during a recent concert about MOtM?
I have looked everywhere on buffettnews, jimmydreamz and buffett world and can't find the thread. Thanks

Jimmy was interviewing everyone backstage on RM before the show...he was talking to JL his sound manager (MY HERO)...asked JL if he had everything ready for MOTM..of course JL told him yes.

Then during the concert...Jimmy talked about MOTM.
Which I can't even remember if he has ever mentioned MOTM before during a concert.

Yeah Chris, I said in the other MOTM thread - I'm sure he'll be there because I'm NOT this year!
And it's right on his way to St Bart's!

Having said all that, I've been for the last 2 years, Jimmy wasn't there for either one and I had the time of my life. I'll be back next year for sure

Here are some signs if JB is really coming to MOTM: PHIP security people will be totally out of their minds checking for badges and wristbands and his bodyguards will be lurking at the Wed night Hog's Breath welcome party. If he does show, I hope it's at the Casa on Thursday so it really will be exclusive to PHIP and MOTM registrants. For all of you going, I hope your wishes come true.

That being said, please don't go to MOTM just because you think JB is showing up. Go anyway because MOTM is more than JB. It is always a great time with great music whether JB comes or not. MOTM is one of the greatest parties of the year in one of the greatest places on the planet. I've been going for six years now, have seen Jimmy once (the fantastic Casa show in '04), and have had a wonderful time every single day of every single trip.

As I've recently said in another thread, Jimmy may give us the excuse...but *we're* the ones who make it a party worth (not) remembering.

Just take it w/a grain of salt. He's also been mentioning Tahiti for years now. We're going to MOTM w/or w/out Jimmy.

Saying Jimmy is going to be at Margaritaville tonight (anynight) is always a fun game to play with the loser cruise ship tourists who are already upset they have to leave the island after a few hours.

Remember kiddies "Fun can ONLY be had at the expense of others less fortunate than yourself". And those who can only stay on the island a few hours are truly unfortunate! Along with those bums who continue to breed kids they cant afford, yet want free healthcare from those who WORK for a living.
