2010 Tour Date Rumors

Just checked and there is no Full Season Chicago Fire Soccer Schedule out yet. Once that is out or near its release we should hear some dates for Chicago as Toyota Parks availability is contingent on soccer.

Scratch June 12th for Toyota Park. B96 Pepsi Summerbash is booked for that date. I would like a June 5th date for Toyota. So Matt you will just have to get your tickets to correspond with our date when we can get up there and join your crazy tailgate. I also want on the floor this year. Not too many demands eh?

There are a bunch of rumors flying, more than last week, about Buffett coming in April. One of the big ones is this link:

Please note that while it says April 24th, it then says event info and rv info as April 18th (last year's concert date). Also when you go to the main Pizza Hut Park site and click on calendar or concerts, there is nothing. Now the hotel in the parking lot IS sold out in mid-April, but there are also rumors that he may be coming to Cowboy Stadium. Please keep your ears and eyes open and know that we will get you the info as soon as we hear (and we are working feverishly to find out). If he IS coming the 24th, we will have to move fast on hotel rooms because RVs will be tight with Larry Joe's thing going on that week.

The info usually comes out in January, so watch for it...I think last year it was in the Dallas Morning News before Buffett News or Margaritaville.com had it.

Pittsburgh will not be Sat., 8/7 at Post-Gazette--LiveNation has THE ROCKSTAR ENERGY DRINK MAYHEM FESTIVAL .
It will also not be at PNC Park on 7/10 as Dave Matthews is there then.

And the fact that they are trying to draw people in with entertainment venues,

Maybe Jimmy will do 2 shows in Atlantic City...

He should forget AC, Camden and CBP! How about a concert in Chester at the Philadelphia Union's new diggs? It's the same venue type that he performs at in Chicago. The new venue holds 26,000 for concerts and has a direct exit off of I-95 so we don't have to wind through the bowles of Camden. The stadium should be completed by the begining of summer and The Union break for the World CUP in June.....leaves some free time for a few shows!

Alot of people gave Mick crap last year on this board if I remember correctly. (please correct me if i am wrong). I wouldnt blame him if he held back on posting any info. And yes he is a blast to tailgate with. The philly crew is always a blast to tailgate and caravan in with funeral procerssion style blowin stoplights. I cant wait for this year.

last year Jimmy did the video and gave us all the dates at once including the West Coast dates he ended up canceling...I will be very surprised if he does that again....I'm expecting dates to come out a couple or few at a time, as he used to do.....once he has a firm commitment to do the show.
