When are you flying in? Fly down a day early so you can take your time driving down and hit all the "spots" like we are doing. We'll be flying into FLL too.....maybe we can meet somewhere ( Alabama Jacks?) and drive down together?
I could really go for a Cuban Sandwich or some Lechon Asado with Black beans and rice.
Which only enhances the need for a nap after stopping at AJ's and a few others before we hit KW...... Last week when I was down we stopped at Morada Bay Beach Cafe in Islamorada (next to the Outdoor Sportsman at MM 81.6). I'm sorry you aren't taking the ferry but I loved the drive down the last 2 times I went so I don't blame you!
