What are your favorite recipes to serve on your holiday?
On Christmas we always set up a treat buffet between brunch and dinner when we are opening presents. On it we always have an assortment of dips. Recently we found a recipe for a black olive dip we had not tried before. Here is the recipe. It is easy to make and very tasty.
BLACK OLIVE DIP
2 Cups grated longhorn cheese
1 Cup Maynoaise (DO NOT USE MIRACLE WHIP)
11/2 Cups diced black olives
6 green onions chopped
1 Tablespoon parsley leaves
1 teaspoon Curry powder (we left his out)
Makes 3 cups of dip.
Mix all together. Cover. Chill. Store in fridge.
