Connie made me the Wild Mushroom Soup from the new book and I think it's Damn Good.
As a mater of fact I have a container of it for lunch today and I can't wait for lunch (I may eat it at first break instead)

I've made the Marinated Olives on page 18. Several times. They more than live up to their billing.
I also make the Bleu Cheese Dressing at least once a week ... everyone loves it, too. I don't make wings, but if I did, I'll bet the dressing would be wonderful with them. It makes salads sing.

Gentilly ... 42 years is a long time to wait .... a Northeast Texas woman can hope.
My love is an anchor tied to you, tied with a silver chain.

Tonight was the Creamy Corn Casserole on page 54, and Emeril's Bayou Chicken Pasta on page 80. Both were VERY good. I added some shrimp to the pasta, and some extra cheese to the corn.
