No, only one of her friends was going to the dance so I bribed her with dinner and a movie on another night.

I went down today to get my mom's house open for the summer. We had 2 broken water lines (I got them fixed after 3 trips to Home Depot) and then the hot water heater heater crapped out. That's gonna take another trip to fix so it looks like I may be at the Kings Inn. Not a good day.

I need a DRINK!!!!

I was down there this weekend too get the house and the boat ready, no damage though just a bunch of painting. We passed by the Boardwalk Bar and Grill on the way to Sam's Pizza and I pointed it out to my parent...the response....why are you hanging out at that dive?! I had to explain it's about the music and the people more then the venue.

I was served my first beer in that dive when I was 14. Back then it was Phil and Eddie's Surf Club. Glad to hear the house survived the winter ok. The broken pipes wern't too bad to replace but the hot water heater not lighting is a pain in the ass. I have to go down and replace the burner this week.
