I hear ya, front and center on a tropical island makes you a little more picky. But I'm not brave enough to wait, I have to know I'm in. If better ones come up later I'll upgrade, last year my first set of tix were an upgrade for someone else so it all worked out.

Yeah the only reason I usually get decent seats is that I only need one, though last year I did at least get to sit with Mac and Tag a couple of times just by chance.

In the phone system at 9:50, I made the computer repeat the dates about 15 times to kill some time, she pulled uncovered "lawn" seats for saturday at $128 ea - whoa, what's up with the tiered pricing?!?!
Got thru online at the same time, pulled 4 in sec 4 row D, same price - easy decision, but the $628 total hurts. $29 in fees per ticket!

35 people at the box office. After the lottery, i was 34. Went home and with 5 other helpers, I was not able to get one lawn ticket. It was kind of unusual that the full TM screen did not come down at 10am. About 20 seconds later it did, but that was too late. First time ever, i came up with nothing.
No fears, there will be releases in Sec 1-3 the week before. Its been like that for at least the last 5 years
The broker robots took over since there was not much on sale today

I could tell, I hit "LOOK FOR TICKETS" at exactly 10 AM and it took 6 minutes for me to even get in. I just went in for giggles to see if anything better for Thurs had been kicked out and it won't even let me look anymore. Seems weird, last year they were coming through the lot exchanging lawn for pavillion and now it's sold out??? Can't be right.

For those that have been going to great woods shows for years, the amount of tickets that are still available for saturday night show continue to grow.
I was able to pull Section 4 and 8's tonight and many 2 and 4 packs in the outer pavilion. I guess either the shine has wore off, prices are high for a seat over 60 rows back or people are just waiting for the release in June.

I got some in Sec 1 for both days, Thursday's not as good as Saturday's though.
I just keep obsessively checking to see if anything better got tossed back in yet.
Sec 4 are decent seats though for the day after on sale. I think Thurs is going to be like last year again where they don't fill the pavillion.

Right now on Ticketmaster for the THURSDAY show they have PAVILION seats (in the back sections) for $28.50 if you select that price range. It doesn't say you can get pavilion seats when you select the dollar amount, but if you try and buy them they'll pop up.
