Is there a good parking lot tailgate location at this venue? We're missing out on Frisco this year and are hoping to find something with the same flavor.

Both lots are pretty good here, but I think the gravel lot over near the football stadium, the lake, and the old fairgrounds/racetrack (from Smokey and the Bandit) are where you want to be. That lot always fills up first and does so with the hardcores early on. Plus, it has been free int he past while the paved lot on Prior Street/Fair Drive is $20/car.

The gravel lots on the lower end is definitely the place to be, but they have been $20 a car to park & $50 for motor homes for the last 2 years.
They sell premium parking passes on Ticketmaster, but they are for the top paved lot only and that lot will not open till 4pm so don't waste your money on them unless your handicapped and need to be on a paved lot.

We will be there again in the lot by the lake. I will attempt to buy at least four lawns but may get beat out in the tm lottery. If anyone lucks out with extras, please pm me. Fins up and happy buying this Saturday.

Since I can't convince the boy to go... I'm going to be looking for one ticket (lawn is fine), if anyone happens to get an extra and I don't get one on my own.

Also, if anyone needs a cheap-as-free place to crash... I've got a spare bedroom, a pull out sofa, and a ridiculously comfortable chaise lounge. On the north side of town, just off 75, but the price is right. Who knows... maybe the hot tub will have the new pump by then?

I'm not sure what I'll try this year. Last year I went to my usual Publix/Ticketmaster outlet and waited while the cashier fought with her computer in an attempt to get lawns for the 6 people in front of me. She finally said off hand that all she could get was reserved so I grabbed them, sec 205 in the back. Two weeks later I found better tickets, and a lot of them, on ticketmaster. A week later I found two on the isle in sec 103 about 10 rows back and just couldn't pass up the great seats. I then sold the first pair (for less than face value) to a friend in need. Maybe I'll work my own online thing and just see what pops up.

Here at 8:30, 2/20, there are already lawns tickets for sale on ebay....

I guess we will do ATL first, since that is closest, then get a VIP parking pass.
Parrotdawg is in a wheelchair, and we found out that the gravel lot, although the best tailgating is found there, it was he!! pushing that to the gate.
Then we will see what is left in Noblesville, as we are only going up there because that is where the OUTlaws live. But ONLY if we get tickets. No tickets, so visit...they didn't understand this.
