Chattanooga
Can anyone recommend a place in Chattanooga close to Ruby Falls and Lookout Mountain that's not too terribly expensive?
Thanks for your help!

Re: Chattanooga
Stay away from the days inn on 20th!!!!!!
Being as I live here there has never been a need for me to price the rooms. I'd suggest any on Market or Broad Street. That will be your closest decent hotels. The Chattanooga Choo Choo was the one we stayed at when I was a kid and would come over here to ruby falls. You don't have to get on the interstate or anything to get to the falls from the CCC, in fact I think it would only be 5 turns to get you there. If downtown is too expensive I'd suggest the Shallowford Road/ Gunbarrel Road area which is called Hamilton Place. Its about 7 exits down the interstate from the falls 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Hamilton Place is a big retail shop/ giant mall area so traffic is a regular issue over there. Hope some of this helped!
