Total Recorder Nightmare

Please, some help from the phlock??? I've been recording the shows off of Total Recorder, but still can not figure out those d*mn track marks! I've got the shows lined up in two segments, (first half/second half) but would like to figure out what to do from there to break it up. If you can email me or heckle me from the board, I would appreciate it!

Open your file in TR.
Play until you get to your first MARKER click the left marker button. Then either play or advance to the spot for the right marker or ending marker. Click the right marker button. Now you have a song, clip, file whatever you want to call it between the 2 markers. Click save as to export and name the file. After the file is exported click the LEFT marker button to set that marker to the spot of the previous right marker.

Clear as mud, huh!?!?
