Nadirah Shakoor and her band "Outside Art" will be performing at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Fest. 2010 Friday April 30th from 12:45pm to 1:45pm. They will be featured on one of the 3 largest stages “The Gentilly Stage”.
Later that night they will perform at the New Orleans Margaritaville Cafe from 9:00pm till 1:00am in a concert to benefit Brad Pitt’s “Make it Right Foundation”. Paul Leslie (TAIT Radio) will present the check to the foundation for the donations he received while Walking to New Orleans from Panama City Beach, Fl. In addition a portion of all ticket sales will be donated.
