Me. First timer at Irvine, driving from Phoenix. I hear it's suppoed to be quite the party. Tickets on sale a week from today...does anyone know what lawn goes for? Do lawn seats s***?

Well I was thinking of going to Irvine and then Vegas. But Vegas tix are $200+. I may need to make a choice. Will be Irvine I am sure.

The Boys from Bako will be there, don't know about bringing the Hooters in Paradise Bar tho, the last time we brought it the local police got a little overberring...you got the gun and da badge mon...you can do whotchu wan....We are really looking forward to this trip again, may have new hats again...Know anybody interested in buying some original Pirate Parrot hats? They're veterans of Chula Vista and Irvine Meadows....Have been seen on the Big screen along with our "Hooters in Paradise" bar! Anyways, lookin forward to meeting any of you , look for our phflok of old heads in Wild Parrot Hats...smokin Cigars and drinkin' Margaritas!

$50 is something I can live with though we may decide to get a little closer. Will have to decide before Monday!!

We're bringing four from Indiana. I scored four in section 7 row BB. We have never been to Irvine before, will these seats bee any good? Thanks. Getting ready for Indy & Cincy in less than two weeks. It's going to be a good year.

Those are great seats! In the loge section, I was only able to pull up rows NN, PP, RR, SS, VV, WW...so your seats in the second row of the loge are great...I was extremely lucky to get orchestra in section 3, row S, but we are off to the left side...not in the middle like I'd prefer...but I'm happy...the orchestra section never came up again after that.

We bagged Loge 4, FF, seats 1&2 , but also ended up with another pair in Terrace 9 (both of us on TM at the same time).

Got our tickets today! They're only lawn due to the cost on Vegas the following weekend. Excited though! I'm surprised this board isn't more active - I keep hearing this is supposed to be the party of the year!

Can't afford seats and I refuse to do the lawn there, (way too old for that beer/pee mess) so just going for the parking lot party. Will be taking my band to play in the parking lot.

Just checked with ticketmaster...still some pretty decent tickets available...What's the skinny with setting up a bar in the parking lot at Irvine? Are the local constabulary still as stringent as the have been in the past? How was last year? We didn't take our bar because of the hassel thay gave us before...Not like the mellow 50 in Chula Vista...But hey if we can't set up the bar, we"ll think of somethin' else...No problems mon!
