We are on the door step of Memorial Day weekend so it is fitting to say “SAIL ON” to John Finn who died on Thursday. Mr. Finn was our oldest living Medal of Honor recipient, an honor earned for his actions at Pearl Harbor.

Great find, Steve. I finished watching the last in the 10-part series of "The Pacific" on HBO last night. Makes me appreciate and love those who have fought so hard for us.

Mr. Finn was a very public face here in San Diego. Attending many functions around town. He will be missed. Thank you for everything Mr. Finn
