Scheduled for Thursday, October 21, 2010, from 6pm to 10pm with pickup and drop off at the Flamingo Hotel taxi stand, which is reached by going down the staircase located just beyond the hotel check-in desk in the main lobby. The driver will take us wherever we want to go. We mainly cruised the strip last time, but I think we did say a hello to the downtown area as well. Here is a link to the limo company website if you'd like to see the bus. It is the 20-24 seater. It has a big screen for DVDs, sound system with satellite radio and CD player (I don't think there is an Ipod plug), fog machine, disco lights and 2 dance poles. I can't guarantee the leopard print seats, but I'm gonna try again and push it as a repeat customer.

Here's how this works.
I take reservations from you on a first come, first served basis. There are 18 available seats on the bus, for a total of 20 riders, including me and my guest. If more than 18 people express interest, I will start a no-guarantee waiting list. Although the website states a maximum of 24 people, that is just too many to be comfortable.
I will accept reservations for a couple of weeks to get an accurate head count. I will then send you a pm requesting your payment be sent to me within another 2 weeks. It is very important that all reserved riders send their payments promptly to make sure our head count and rider charges are correct. I have to collect payments first to make sure the cost of the bus will be covered before I put the payment on my credit card. Your payment amount will be determined by the number of riders. If we have 20 riders, the cost will be $27 per person for a 4 hour tour; fewer riders equal a little more in price. It includes gratuities for the driver. This is a price reduction from 2008, no doubt due to the economy.
I make the the reservation and payment directly to the limo company. Just so everyone knows, I do this for phun. I make no profit from this. Your reservation is only refundable if there is someone on the waiting list willing to send payment to me to take your seat(s). I will then refund your money. If there is no waiting list, there is no refund.
The bus leaves promptly at 6pm, so you need to plan to be at the pick up site no later than 5:45pm. I cannot emphasize this enough. If you are late, you will miss the bus. We will not hold the bus for latecomers this year. We may or may not be able to swing back around to pick you up if you are late.
You can bring alcohol on the bus, but no food. There is some ice and some (breakable) glasses available. Last time, we brought extra plastic cups and made a liquor store run for more libations and ice. We made a pilgrimage to In-and-Out Burger a little later on to soak up some of those libations. I always provide a little goody bag for everyone that joins up. The Flamingo was chosen as the pick-up, drop-off site due to its proximity to Margaritaville, in case anyone wants to head over to the meet and greet afterwards. We had a great time on the bus before, so I can't wait to do it again! Feel free to pm me with any questions.
