Jimmy's Heat
Ok Jimmy...your Miami Heat got our "hometown hero" LeBron. So can you please come back to Cleveland next year? It's going to be a long winter for us

At least your whole team didn't leave town
Well...(said in my best Bubba voice) I've been on sabbatical.

Re: Jimmy's Heat
Great question! This is going to be a very long winter since LBJ decided to leave. A Jimmy show would be the best alarm clock in the spring to get people active again. Come back Jimmy, you are loved on the North Coast!greatheart wrote:Ok Jimmy...your Miami Heat got our "hometown hero" LeBron. So can you please come back to Cleveland next year? Our heart and soul was killed in '95. Personally do not hate LBJ for leaving, just the way he did so.ph4ever wrote:pair8head wrote:Hey, I actually glad the Sonics left.ph4ever wrote:At least your whole team didn't leave town

Ain't that the truth...I remember when the Colts moved out of Baltimore in the middle of the night. There were lots of Colts fans in my area pretty unhappy about that!
If we couldn't laugh we would all go insane ...

Re: Jimmy's Heat
I am a Miamian. The entire town is a-tingle over this. We are pinching ourselves and each other. (The each other part is especially fun.)greatheart wrote:Ok Jimmy...your Miami Heat got our "hometown hero" LeBron. So can you please come back to Cleveland next year? However, as a life-long sports fan, I genuinely, sincerely feel your pain.
Best wishes,

Re: Jimmy's Heat
Being from Baltimore myself, when the Colts left town in the middle of the night was/is the biggest sports betrayal of my life. As a Miamian, I am happy that LeBron James is coming to the Heat. As a lifelong sports fan who knows what it's like to be/feel betrayed by a team/organization, I know and empathize with how the people in Cleveland are feeling right now.JollyMon66 wrote:ph4ever wrote:At least your whole team didn't leave town
