Fingers crossed!!! Watching the weather channel tonight and see there is now Hurricane Earl out in the Atlantic. Supposed to head West, then North late week. While they think it is going to stay out to sea, they are saying they aren't really sure and it is possible this Hurricane could possibly hit the East Coast Friday/Saturday!!!!

Grounding it will improve the chances of it taking a hit. Lightning like any other electrical charge will take the path of least resistance to ground.
