Sparky, you broke my heart when your Big Red Machine beat my Red Sox in the 1975 World Series. But you were one of the best managers of all time and you will be missed. They don't make em like you anymore. Sail on Sparky.

I went to Game 1 of that series and then Sparky beat my Padres in 84. sigh. Still a great manager and a nice man
