I have 25 years experience, I have multiple contacts in the area I'd be working - I'm taking a serious cut in terms of what I could POTENTIALLY earn at my current company just to go back to working for a smaller, local lender which is what my company used to be. I don't have to leave, I'm choosing to - if they want me they'll do it, if not they won't. Four weeks don't start until you've been there 25! It's outrageous! Talk about burn out........
