There was a commemorative ACL book (see below) out a few years back that mentioned it (as well as every episode in ACL's history) but other than that, it's as though it never happened. Just wanted to clarify as well that I'm referring to his first appearance on there, not the one he made during the 80s that CMT ran a bunch a few years ago. That one's good too but I'd really love to see the first episode he did again. Surely it's preserved somewhere in the massive ACL vaults.

I almost hope that Buffett doesn't put out a new album this year. Some of the best Buffett shows I have ever seen have been when there was no new album and the band toured on the old songs. Here's to the old songs!
