I can suggest three really isolated properties. French Frigate Shoals, Johnston Island, and Midway Island.
You might want to throw Pitcairn Island in the mix also.

Since you already have the Inner Harbor and Riverwalk, how about:
South Street Seaport
Fisherman's Wharf
Mystic Seaport
Montauk Point Lighthouse
Navy Pier
Thames Street in Newport (I think that's the one where all the bars are )
