Wait, Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville , a casino, the gulf, a reasonable drive......My finances are in now in danger.

At 48 million dollars and reports of a smaller size with a more laid back atmosphere instead of the upscale boutiques and shops I get the feeling that this time its going to be Jimmy's casino instead of just a licensing agreement.

That would be way cool.

I wonder if it will have an amphitheater? Heck Jimmy is a musician we know it will have a really nice musical performance venue. Will it be indoor or outdoor or some sort of collapsible roof?

I still find it hard to believe that Jimmy's Empire continues to grow and expand in this economy.......

I am a commercial loan officer (and have been one for 35 years) and can tell you that financing for these kind of projects remains difficult at best......I hope that JB doesn't get himself spread too thin on ventures like these.

Good point, I also hope this doesn't mean JB is retiring from singing either since he has to be there for these investments.
