I read this as Chicago SNOW :(

(He really likes Toyota Park, so I'd say that's probably a given for this year as well.)

Knowing Chicago in general is a major market and hub for his summer legs Whether or not he likes Toyota Park seems less relevant. Not to mention M'vill opening this spring.
The Parrot Dice Lounge kinda like a mirage. Here today and gone tomorrow. You should stop by and say hello when visiting Chicago on tour.

And he has to provide a tailgate opportunity for those who like to really go "all out" with their tailgate parties :D :D :D :D :D :D

On a complete aside:
Amanda and I spend probably 9 months of the year planning and working on the Parrot Dice Lounge. In that 3 month "vacation" we get a unique opportunity to enjoy an opportunity versus plan it.

This past weekend we went to the Quad City Parrothead Clubs 7th Annual Havana Daydreamin event. It is the clubs largest fundraiser of the year. In years past they have hosted The Boat Drunks with guests Doyle Grisham, Michael Utley, Nadirah Shakoor, and Amy Lee. This year due to the Australia show they had to branch out their artist reach due to a Reefer shortage :o . I got exposed to Tall Paul, john Patti, Crawdaddy and some local Quad City musicians. Included in the $20 ticket is a silent auction, a 50/50 raffle ($3700 winner last night), and live auctions.

What I'm getting at is . . . in the dead of winter a short 2 hour drive from the Chicago area is an event like nothing even i can fathom. Its for a great cause and is full of the same great people we all love to share the experiences with.

I highly recommend it . . . this was my 2nd trip. I've already got my reservations for next year.

Next years event is held on 1/21/12 at the River Center in Davenport. Hope to see some of you there!

We have been to Havana Daydreanin for the past three years and have had a blast everytime. We rent a party bus and bring about 20-25 people and make a night of it.

Oprah has no say anymore. She is packing up and leaving. I think a going away party with her not there is due for the City Of Chicago.

Love Love Love this event. We made reservations for next year already at the Radisson. I really can't say enough about how it is executed and put together.

Not that it needs the promotion but heck you should be screaming about this event from the rooftops on this board and any others. This is worth traveling to.
