We have always made grilled chesse with the traditional american cheese or several gournet cheeses. Recently a friend suggested we try it instead with cream cheese.

Made it tonight and found out it is really good. If you have never tried it you really should. Make the sandwich the same way only use cream cheese.

I've never met a grilled cheese sammich I didn't like.
