Whatever I'm having it most likely won't involve alcohol. I don't have a TV so if I want to watch the game I have to drive somewhere.

I usually theme up my beer with the team I'm rooting for in the "Big Game". Last years Abita "Jockamo" IPA made the cut in honor of the Saints. This year looking like some Leinenkugel Sunset Wheat or Honey Weiss will be on the menu with my Cheese.

Re: What are you having for the Super Bowl?
I guess I'm in the minority. The Super Bowl is a complete non-event for me, unless "my" team is in it. I might channel surf through every once in a while to see what's going on, but that's about it. I can wait til the next day to see all "super totally awesome" commercials on TV/internet.
I live by myself, and I usually try to make something a little special for "Sunday dinner" anyway, so I'll just follow my usual way of doing things.

Re: What are you having for the Super Bowl?
St. Louis-style pizza is a distinct style of pizza popular in St. Louis, Missouri, and surrounding areas.[citation needed] The definitive characteristics of St. Louis-style pizza are a super-thin yeast-less crust, the common (but not mandatory) use of Provel processed cheese, and pizzas cut into squares or rectangles instead of large wedge shaped slices.lime rickie wrote:What makes a pizza "St. Louis style"?

It's a great day to go shopping - nobody is in the stores. Bad day to be anyplace with a TV though.

Re: What are you having for the Super Bowl?
That's pretty good beer. The beer distributer near me also has a sign out for. Iron City. Think about it- beer brewed with water sucked out of the Mon. I haven't had this in years I just might get a case for the novelty. Of itDr.Corona wrote:I usually theme up my beer with the team I'm rooting for in the "Big Game".
