So what do I do if I bought tix off an indiviual from Ebay and cant make the show?

You could try contacting the seller to see if they'd be willing to refund the money. You could use the argument that they can now get their money back too. But they're not required to give you the money back unless the listing said they would. Otherwise, put them on craigslist or eBay although they're gonna be hard to unload.

you're probably stuck with them. I bought mine through stubhub and only due to an error on their part did I recieve a refund. They actually called me back after they realized what the did, but were reputable enough that they honored their word and credited back my account.

I contacted eBay and they recomended that I as a seller reach out to the buyers for a refund as I can get one from LiveNation. I did so as they recommended it to preserve my 100% rating. So if you havent been contated, you should at least try to contact the seller as they can get a refund, so should you.

Did the contact list for this show ever go out? If so, I didn't get it. I'm sure there'll be some changes for the new date anyway.
