I've posed this question to my coworkers as well. Here are some of their answers:
Ability to read minds
Ability to exert mind control
Ability to be in five places at once
Ability to fly at will
Ablity to heal emotional or physical pain

(there's always one "altruistic" person in the crowd

So, Time Travel isn't great if you change things and screw up the future as you know it. See Back to the Future.
Reading minds is great but do you REALLY want to know what everyone thinks of you?
Flying is great but with air traffic and the cost for bags these days, who needs the hassle?
Teleporting, hmmm, maybe, but I got see where I'm going to first or I might end up teleporting into some place I don't want to be. Like a Yanni concert.
Invisibility; I experience that at home, ie what the hell is no one listening to me? Damn kids...

I'll take the force please. Then I could start my VW.

If I could read people's minds, or they could read mine, I would certainly have no friends at all.

I chose teleporting. As long as I can also teleport my luggage without incurring baggage fees.

Time Travel has 'em all beat. If you can Time Travel at will, you get the best of all the other super powers.
Invisibility: if you can time travel, you can be invisible by bouncing back and forth infinitely while some event is happening at a particular time, just enough to see what's going on, without being seen.
Teleporting: Obviously, if you can Time Travel, you can also Space Travel, so we got the whole Teleport thing down.
Flying: if you can Teleport, then flying is unnecessary. See Teleporting, above.
Reading minds: OK, this one is tricky. Reading Minds inplies that you can act upon what somebody else intends to do, but before they do it. Time Travel allows just that. If you just want to read minds because you're some kind of mental voyeur, then please play another game. This super power stuff is beyond your ken.
