I think it's kind of an odd combination but they did a show for CMT Crossroads at the Pepsi Super Bowl Fan Jam.

Not a Faith Hill fan, probably would have been better if the shut her mic off and let her stand there in her red tights flipping her hair, but seeing The Pretenders isn't a bad thing. Chrissie Hynde almost makes Faith's songs listenable.

1. Middle Of The Road
2. This Kiss
3. Brass In Pocket
4. Faith Hill song, don't know the title
5. Back On The Chain Gang
6. another Faith Hill song that I don't know
7. I'll Stand By You
8. Piece Of My Heart (they cut this off at the end, you don't get to hear the whole song)

I caught a Pretenders/Iggy Pop show back in the 80's. It was great, other than the idiot who hit CH in the head with a shoe.

I've never understood the need to throw things at performers on a stage. In the seventies it was everything from toilet paper and frisbees to firecrackers. Nowadays, tossing beer bottles (and cans) at performers seems to be the "in" thing.

You can put me in the "this is an odd combo" category. HAHA, it makes the Def Lep/Heart tour look a tad better.

I don't know why some marketing guy never thought of this, but back in the '80s a perfect combination for a tour would have been Squeeze and The Hooters.
