The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on February 14, 2011
and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on May 20, 2011 (the "Promotion Period")
and consists of five (5) phases (each a "Contest Phase")
as outlined in the chart below.

Winners will be determined via the process set forth below.
* Public Voting Part I: For a period of fifteen (15) days from the time an entrant's Design is approved after being uploaded as part of the Submission Phase per the process set forth in Section 5, above, each such eligible Design will be posted for public voting on http://www.sponsafier.com during the Public Voting I Phase. Persons who meet the eligibility criteria set forth in Section 1 will be invited to vote for the Design that they believe has the most public appeal (each such person a "Voter"). The number of votes a Design gains during the Public Voting I Phase will go towards that Design's score in the Public Appeal category of the Judging Criteria as part of the Finalist Selection Phase, as listed below in Section 6(i). Limit: Each Voter may vote for as many Designs as he/she likes, one (1) time per Design per day during this time period.
* Finalist Selection: During the Finalist Selection Phase, qualified judges selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (the "Qualified Judges") will review and judge all Designs according to the following criteria (the "Judging Criteria"):
o Originality of the Design when compared to other Designs (20%);
o Feasibility of the Design to be applied to a two-seater NASCAR show car (20%);
o Creativity demonstrated by the application of user-uploaded images and/or pre-loaded Sponsafier graphics to the Design to the Design (20%);
o Ability of the Design to inspire consumers (20%); and
o Public Appeal (20%).
Subject to the entrant's compliance with these Official Rules, the ten (10) entrants with the highest-scoring Designs will be deemed potential Finalist Prize winners and will advance to the Public Voting II Phase. In the event of a tie between two (2) or more Designs or in the event a potential Finalist is found to be in violation of these Official Rules, the Qualified Judges, in their sole discretion, will select the potential Finalist based on which Design has the higher score in the Originality category of the Judging Criteria, or will select the next highest scoring Design.
* Public Voting II: During the Public Voting II Phase, Finalist Designs will be posted for public voting on http://www.sponsafier.com. Voters will be invited to vote for the Design that they believe has the most public appeal. The number of votes a Design gains during the Public Voting II Phase will go towards that Design's score in the Public Appeal category of the Judging Criteria as part of the Winner Determination Phase, as listed below in Section 6(iv). Limit: Each Voter may vote for only one (1) Design one (1) time per day during this time period.
* Winner Determination: During the Winner Determination Phase, Qualified Judges will review and judge all Finalist Designs according to the Judging Criteria as listed above in Section 6(ii).
Subject to the entrant's compliance with these Official Rules, the entrant with the highest-scoring Design will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner. In the event of a tie between two (2) or more Designs or in the event the potential Grand Prize winner is found to be in violation of these Official Rules, the qualified judges, in their sole discretion, will select the potential Grand Prize winner based on which Design has the higher score in the Feasibility category, or will select the next highest scoring Design.

I've been twisting arms and making everyone I know vote! How do I get the pit crew banner? I've been good, I promise!
Never mind, I found the link. Knew it had to be there somewhere. I am getting really excited about the next round!

I just got home and since it's after midnight on the east coast I voted - 4357. After I get some sleep, and recharge my phone (it's on about its last drop of juice), I'll vote again.
what I really mean . . . I wish you were here

Just wanted to show you that I haven't been completely on the sidelines for this — I've got a bunch of my cycling friends involved as well.....

And my vote, made just before posting this, should notch us up to 4372.

If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.
Life is short, live long!!
I'd rather be a wiseass than a dumbass.

Re: GO!GO!GO! Vote NOW! Spirit of Vicki / Parties That Matter
4,400+ votes!
Here's where we stand. The current 3rd place team
has less @ 36 voting hours remaining ... until 8:30pm EST Saturday.
On Thursday they received over 1,000 votes.
We have until 6:30pm Sunday.
On Thursday we received over 750 votes.
If we step it up just a little, we can overtake the current leaders
and finish well above 6,000 total votes.
That will put us in a solid top position.
OUR GOAL FOR FRIDAY is to smash through 5,000 total votes by midnight.
DO NOT LET UP. Let's hope the RADIO MARGARITAVILLE Facebook post
gives us a tremendous boost. If you have a facebook account,
go to their page and click *Like* and then click *Share* on their post.
WE NEED TO STAY IN THE TOP VOTING.
If we make it as a finalist, we go to round 2 voting
and will get some SERIOUS NATIONAL RECOGNITION! **
Plus about $1500 retail market value *bling*
for the Parties That Matter charity auction.
** television perhaps? Jimmy "shoutouts" during April and May concerts? who knows?
Add the following to your BN signature for the next THREE DAYS!

PHAW used to run a group like that several years back. I didn't realize it was up and running again.
Domino voted. Meg and Amber are waiting for their computers to boot up.
