Please get on the "SpringPHling Welcome Tailgate Party" thread on Facebook. This is going to be a great tailgate party in the parking lot at FlipFlopz and would love to have anybody attending stop by between 12:00 - 4:30 on Friday. We have a goal... Let's try to unwind from our travels with some good food and drink, let's warm up with our phriends and get a head start on the evening, and let's have some fun in the sun at the Jersey Shore! SC.

I have been doing some spring cleaning at home and have finally reached the point of tackling my tailgate and catering supplies. As I looked upon this massive pile, it hit me that I can start putting together what I will need for the first major event of the year...
That's right... the "SpringPHling Welcome Tailgate Party"...
I have an empty closet that I dedicated to the organization of the stuff, I have a list posted of "Things that I still need" so I can write it down and not forget, and a menu started so I can shop this fiasco to perfection. As a chef, I take organizing myself very serious.
With that in mind...Why does the whole thing always blow up in my face when I begin to set up and get into the production stage the day of...
Oh yeah... must be the alcohol!

We have the room at the NorthWind from Friday to Monday;
but I am trying to convince the wife to go down Thursday night
and stay over her sister's place outside of WildWood.
