Looks like I can now cancel those four other weekend hotel reservations for May since the concert is now confirmed for May 21. For one, I think we ought to boycott the Comfort Suites in Frisco for price gouging.

It's not looking good. I did a quick check for airfare and I can't find anything under $350.

I've stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on Preston Rd. all 4 times Buffett's played in Frisco. There are probably hotels that are closer, maybe some that are cheaper too, but I'm a creature of habit. Plus, there's a Hooters just across the parking lot.

I got a room at the Embassy Suites for just about the same price as HIE. It's not much farther. Of course, those rates have probably gone up. It's my back-up plan in case the RV doesn't work out. And yes, I've already called and left a message so I can reserve first thing Monday morning. Hear that, Laurie? Feel like a little graduation party? I already have a little "present" in mind for you!

Cool, thanks for the HI Express suggestions...looks like they're sold out already though. Guess we're staying at the Courtyard Marriott. Everything is booked!!! Now to just sit back and wait....
