we are driving up from Houston after work friday.

Have the hotel booked about 20 minutes south of Frisco.

tempted to ride up to PHP and check out the party friday night, but we will probably get in around 10:00, so we should probably hit a store and stock up on food/drink that night and head up thataway early Saturday morning.

for those asking, I am meeting some people up there, but I am going to try to swing by and see all of yall. if there are wristbands still available, we'll buy them. if not, we will just walk the lots and take it all in.

FINALLY - MY FIRST FRISCO TRIP!!!! i have had weddings to go to the last 2 years of this show. none this year, and i cannot wait.
let's get through these next 2 days of work and party just like Bubba does this weekend!!!

Definitely chairs--we are a pretty friendly and trusting group and I bet someone will watch your cooler when you go to the concert....some of our Phabulous Phriends just tailgate....
and make sure you check out our auction(see an example of our items below) and magnificent dunking tank....
bring sunscreen and a poncho just in case.....and a bottle opener if you dont have twist bevvies

BRENT BURNS--is coming to FRISCO, TEXAS, for the pre-Buffett concert this weekend. He'll be at the 3rd Base Sports Bar & Grill, 2390 Parkwood Blvd, Frisco, TX on Friday, May 20 from 7-10PM. Then he'll be playing at Central Oklahoma Parrot Head Club's Buffett tailgate party on Saturday, May 21, 1:30-4:30PM! --(we think it's in the gold section of the Pizza Hut Park parking lot)!

LSPHC will also have a dunk tank this year (I think) and a shot luge and their hamburger deal is $10 for a burger and a potty pass or @3 for the potty pass. We're such a good deal! I'm a LSPH member.

Yes, clubs and groups have preparties. Most are for club members only and at a specific home or restaurant where a fee is paid. Bill got a wonderful place for us this year and I plan to arrive hungry and thirsty and take excellent care of my waitstaff. So whether you go to one, two, three or more pre-parties pace yourself. Saturday is a wonderful long day.

Finishing up the last minute packing, heading out after work today! Will make it over half way to Dallas tonight. Can't wait to see everyone, glad the planning is done. Logistics make my head hurt, but I think we're good. Some websites increased the rain chance for Saturday, but I'm sticking with the National Weather Service, their forecast is still ok. Gonna have some Texas weather Friday, though. Most likely in the afternoon, at least we can get set up.

What time do you think you'll get there Friday? I wish we could leave after work, but finding a place to over-night with the RV can be hit and miss (and we wouldn't want to pay.) The current plan is to leave at 5 am and get there by 1:30. We're slot #9, I think just an RV up from you? Drive safely everyone. Speeding tickets just make the trip cost more and that's money we need for the silent auction, dunk tank and other fun-d-raising events in the lot.
