Grill Duty
We'll have at least 3 grills again this year. They will be manned from 11AM to 5PM. After that the food will be in covered trays or you can fire up a grill and cook your own. I need about 30 volunteers to work in one hour shifts, 4 on the grills and one for relief / carrying food to the tables. We will have a shift board at the grill area, with everyone's names and phone numbers. Please report to your shift at least 5 minutes early to ensure a smooth transition.

Okay, guys, so I didn't try for a ticket. I have one in reserve if I go crazy and fly down there, but odds are that I'm going to have to play the responsible game and stay home from the FFFV. (Bummer!) It's still up in the air (no pun intended), but I'm probably staying home. It's a getting time off work thing...dammit. Still working on it, though. We'll see. Keep the fins up for me!

Everyone will pre-pay for food, with the extra going to charitable causes. The cost will be $15 per person until April 15th, and $20 thereafter. T-shirts are $25 each for white or $30 for light blue, also paid in advance. The deadline for ordering t-shirts is also April 15th. If using Paypal, the prices are $1 more to cover our fees.

Here's all you need to do.
1. Submit your information on the Registration Page.
2. Pay for your wristbands and/or t-shirts on the Payments and Donations Page.
3. Show up at the tailgate with your wristband and a smile, ready to have a good time.

Once you register, you will get a confirmation email that says "After we have reviewed the information you have submitted, you will receive another email with instructions where to send your payment, if applicable." This is referring to those who need my name and address to send a personal check. If we review the information and find they want to pay by check, then we will send you the address to use.

If you are using PayPal, you can go to the Payments and Donations Page and submit your payment there, no further instructions are needed.

With this approach we will keep track of how many people pay, and buy the stuff according to the number of people. When we buy the food, we will buy enough for some extras. These extra wristbands will be available first-come first-served, at the tailgate. These will be $25 each the day of the tailgate.

Here is the update from the meeting with PHP...

Like last year, we are pre-paying for our parking. This allows us to keep everyone together, but we need to collect the money in advance.

Please note that we are changing lots this year. We’ll be in the Green Preferred lot, at the northeast corner of Technology Drive and World Cup Way. This lot actually has more spaces, so we’ll have more room for our party. The lot is circled in the image below.

Our cost is $70 per space for 2 days (9AM Friday 5/20 until Sunday morning 5/22). All vehicles and trash need to be removed by 11AM on Sunday.

Wheatsailor is directing our parking again this year. To reserve your spot and get payment instructions, please send him a Private Message or email (click here to contact him) All spaces are available on a first-come first-served basis, with RV’s getting priority over cars.

Hi everyone! I'm looking forward to seeing everyone again this year and meeting some new pholks. I've asked Bill to incorporate the following about RV's and parking to page 1. I may be a little slow in responding to everyone over the next few weeks, so please be patient, I will acknowledge all emails and PM's.

To better plan the parking, please send the following information to Wheatsailor@cox.net:

1. Actual size and type of RV: Size should be bumper to bumper for motorhomes, hitch to end of extended trailer. Types would be Motorhome, 5th wheel, travel trailer, pop-up.
2. Any additional vehicles including tow vehicle, or towed vehicles or trailers.
3. Email address
4. Contact phone number
5. Estimated time of arrival.
6. Preference of area. I cannot guarantee the exact spot but will get you close.

I will be sending information and updates out via email, including payment information, parking plan, etc.

The priorities for parking will be RV’s, FFFV requirements, any additional spaces available. Additional spaces will be allotted according to the date/time the request is received.
