With Jimmy playing ( or rumored to be ) places he hasnt played in years. Plus it seems like more shows than usual this summer
Is this jimmy"s way (or preparing to) of saying good- bye ???

To be honest, it has crossed my mind that this is a farewell tour. Does anyone know the last time he played only one show at the normally two show locations (Mansfield, Camden, VA, etc...)??

Don't get the wrong idea....it's not that I'm happy about that thought, I was kinda hoping for a bunch of OPPOSITE opinions on why the glass is really half full from peeps here that are more in touch than I am

Come on folks...he's a marketer. Do you think he would do a farewell tour without marketing the hell out of it? Now it may be that this may be the last summer we see a "full" schedule of shows but I think he will probably play somwhere for someone until he can't do it anymore.

Thanks for the " marketing" angle. Great point. That's what I was hoping for. Your right. He's not gonna walk away without one last attempt to s*** EVERY dollar out of my bank account !!!

But I will be listening to the first three shows on the tour NEVER paying attention to the music..... I'll just be listening for the amount of SEE YOU NEXT YEARS he gives out. Lol

As long as there is a Margaritaville cafe, the end will never come to the tour. Jimmy has to keep the image up. Now if he starts dumping all his interests and stocks, then be worried

With the list of scheduled cities he is supposed to play in, it would be a long tour if he doubled up on some venues. He already has a few July dates booked (which in itself, is very unusual) . I'm just happy the dates are finally starting to roll out.

Are people here really starting to worry about what might not happen in 2012 BEFORE the 2011 concert season even starts? People need to learn to f'n relax. So sad.

People were complaining because the tour dates hadn't been announced. Now they need something else to complain about.
