you could always leave early :)
I'm not going to be driving that much that weekend so that may not be an option.
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Life is short, live long!!

I'd rather be a wiseass than a dumbass.

It was worth a shot.

Back to the regularly scheduled gripe. Regardless of the bad call...where the heck are the Sox bats!

I suppose that's worth it. Just a couple more summer jobs I need to support. 8)
I guess what they paid Mac last year wasn't enough to cover it.
but Mac wasn't there last year...

Really? Oh mannn. I'm bad. I swear to God I thought he was - and that he was one of the people getting PO'd at the amount of chatter going on in the audience along with Utley. Oh well, $65 is still a little steep. If he HAD been there I'd likely be in.

Just finished the work day about 20 minutes ago. Will get money to you for food and Sandbar tomorrow. Need to decompress (translation drink) and prepare for tomorrow.

Unfortunately Stacie and I will not be making this show. She's never been to Boston before so we're gonna spend Friday afternoon and evening there. But we'll see all y'all bright and early Saturday morning.

60 + bucks might be within the confines of my consideration if this show was at The Beachcomber or some bar somewhere near or on the water . . . or someplace with a cool feel to it like that place in Tampa (the food they served was f'n amazing!) . . . but not the Sandbar in Taunton. No disrespect meant by this. But hanging out there all day for a bbq doesn't quite have the appeal it should considering the locale.
the hit and run is as good as any religion around this time of year . . .

That was my take on it - if I have a choice between a day at the beach and a bar in Taunton the beach is going to win every time.
Although I did also think it was a bit pricey.
