I'm not going to Jones Beach, but my "More Al" button is. I met Debbie Grisham at a show in Nashville last night and as we were standing around talking afterward I mentioned Al and she knew him by name. I asked if she would mind passing the button (still in my purse from GW) on to Doyle in hopes that he might wear it at the meet and greet there. She was more than happy to oblige.
I knew this girl made of memories and phrases, who lived her whole life in both chapters and stages.
Danced 'til the dawn, wished all her worries away.

On a beautiful long island day, as I ventured down the wantagh parkway to go for a beach run this morning, rm began the jones beach 2000 concert replay. Nothing like looking at the ocean while listening to a jb@jb replay.. I mean, except the real thing!

Crashing at Jones Beach?
I was considering renting an RV for the show (we have a crew of 8 going) does anyone know if the Jones Beach parking lot closes at night? I'd love to crash and leave in the morning if at all possible.
Also . . . I have the 4WD beach access fishing permit . . . I'm wondering if that'll help me at all?
