Hi, I'm looking for specific info like:
How many members total are in all 200 Parrothead fan clubs?
How many total albums has Jimmy produced?
How many people attend his concerts annually?
How many people are usually in attendance @ MOTM?
I did contact Parrotheads in Paradise but haven't yet been able to get these answers-
even any close estimate would be greatly appreciated--

Actually, in my memoirs, I did write a story about a three year period in my life when I experienced some traumatic events. In it I describe how I eventually found serendipity in my survival prompted by some Buffett lyrics. In the most challenging times, these songs brought me peace of mind and reminded me to realign my priorities.
My reason for wanting the adt'l info is two part:
#1. Since this book is something that I want to leave for my kids to read someday, these statistics bring more credibility to the idea. Presently, I have two teenage sons (formerly parakeets) who make it their mission to proclaim that anything their parents support must be lame! The information I'm requesting will help prove them wrong. By the way, if there were a college assigning term papers on this topic, I'd be sure to send them there!!-Margaritaville University??
#2. In my memoir writing class, we've been instructed to bring writing samples and to know our subject matter as well as possible target audiences in the event we may ever want to publish. I have actually recently discussed having part of another chapter (in which the focus is more on all of the serendipity) with a local magazine editor.
Is this information confidential? I do not mean to ask anyone to do my work for me. I simply didn't know where to start-another reply told me to go to the discography for the album count so I'll happily follow up for the answer to that question.

You can some of these statistics from PHIP.com, such as how many Parrothead clubs there are.

As far as many people have attended concerts: you're gonna have to extrapolate. For instance if an average of 20,000 attend each of the "big" concert venues each year, he plays "x" big concerts a year....you get the idea. You can use the "Tour" tab on this site to go back quite a few years to see how many concerts he's done. Allow for some "intimate" venues and surprise shows. You won't get an exact number, of course, but maybe at least a number you'll be comfortable including in what you're writing.

Jimmy regularly makes billboards top concert tours. I'm pretty sure that you might get a hit in their archives that would provide the concert attendance
