well Hello all I need some Help. I was thinking about getting A Tattoo, Jimmy Buffett Related that no one else has. be tossing around some things and wanted to put it out to the Community. i was thinking about 3 different things.
1. I was thinking about a Parrot in a Hammock with a pirate hat, and a drink on a deserted Island with Sharks around the island, kinda like these.
2. The Back of the Shirt. This one in particular. with a few changes Pirate themed of course.
3. O.k. the Third i can't find anything that i like so here goes, I was thinking of a Parrot Hanging from a branch, with the whole Pirate hat and maybe eye patch. holding with the other claw a Margarita or a Landshark beer.
What does everyone think. and don't be shy i can take it.

Re: Buffett Tattoo
well, not sure your tie to Pittburgh, but maybe use a Pittburgh Pirate logo somewhere to fit with your theme. I also think of steel mills when I think of Pennsylvania...maybe use steel mill smoke stacks as what holds up the hammock? Just some ideas--the goal with all of my tattoos has been to make sure that they are something that has meaning to me and something I won't regret when I'm 70. Who cares if anyone else "gets" it--I know what they mean and they make me smile when I see them.
Also, placement has always been key for me--I don't want them to show when I'm dressed up or get in the way of my job. I have one on my ankle that I covered for a long time then had it redone this Christmas so I don't need to do that. We'll see what kind of reception I get at work once capris and open toed shoes are fashionable.
In any event, good luck on the development of your permanent reminder. That's most of the fun for me
