I live it, I'm relatable, and I believe it. I'm 5' tall, so I can't exactly say I've been blessed with thin, long limbs, but I work hard to maintain a strong, fit body. At 23, I'm a certified trainer & instructor. I've lead team weight loss challenges, that not only helped women lose significant amounts of weight & inches, but have taught them that any goal is possible given the right mindset. That's my biggest accomplishment; not something I've personally achieved, but what I've helped others to do. For me, fitness is not just exercise & eating right (though I do both) it's about being happy, avoiding stress, & enjoying what you do. My fitness classes are always creative. I want people to have fun-just ask the audience that watched me perform as Michael Jackson in a charity event I put together. Something I'm most proud of is a kids fitness program I co-created; I love sharing a role in combating childhood obesity. I make time for what's important and credit great abs to a lot of laughter. My clients tell me I inspire them, but seeing what they overcome in order to be confident and strong is what inspires me. I love hearing that they love an exercise- that's what it should be about! I challenge (training for a triathlon) and educate myself constantly. I stay fit with kettlebells, yoga, dance, boxing- you name it. I never do just one thing. Growing up in sports, my teammates awarded me team leader, and I feel blessed I can still motivate people today!
