Computer Question

For the past few days whenever I click on a link that opens in a new window, the new window opens in this absolutely tiny window right in the middle of my screen. It's not that big of a deal as I simply hit the Maximize button, and it opens up in full view. I figured that it would correct itself after I maximized a few in a row, but it has not done so. Does anyone know how to make the new window open in full size? I'm in Internet Explorer. Thanks in advance for your help!

Resize the new window by dragging it to a bigger size. Then close the new window by hitting the "X" in the top right and then retry to see if that doesn't fix it. :D

...and possibly, to go one step further:

Open the window, pull up the size manually from the lower right corner from tiny to full size.
Then just close/quit the Explorer browser... then restart your computer.

I find that the browser tends to open new windows at the same size of the LAST window size that was open before being shut down.
Sometimes an annoying pop-up window is that very last window that was open.

..hope that helps some...

Adding a bit to what others have posted.

When your new window pops up do not maximize it. Resize it by dragging the corners of the new window to the size you want. Close all other IE windows FIRST, then close the one you resized LAST. As LB said, IE holds the size of the last window closed.

You should not need to reboot, but it won't hurt anything.
