Being it a Full Moon gathering, we decided to not only go insane, but to be insane.
Expect lots of games, give-aways, craziness and mayhem all weekend!

ILO FERREIRA will celebrate his album release on the Welcome to Fin Land Tour that will include Margaritaville locations and HEMINGWAYS!! Ilo's debut album, "Gather People Together," was just released on Mailboat Records and we will have 300 copies to be given away to the first 300 people on Friday June 24th! Ilo will be doing a meet and greet on Friday & Saturday and will autograph your copy.

Saturday, our doors open at 10am for pre-concert gathering and preliminary tailgating in our lot.
We will be doing Bloody Mary Breakfast, Margys, Landshark and patio food for the afternoon.

The Saturday night post party event will once again feature The David Marshall Band and we will be broadcasting all the pre-show and post-show events live as usual for those unable to attend the concert.

Finally, on Sunday, wind down with us starting at 9am with Bloody Marys, omelettes, and lots of
post concert sharing to prepare for the return to reality trip home.

Things still haven't gotten any better regardless of what the politician's continue to say. SOOOO,
like last year, this year's party is gonna be just that, a huge fricking party. We have appreciated all
your past loyalty and patronage to our events and phlockings, therefore this year we are going
to return the favor for those who can't afford it due to events completely out of
YOURS and OUR control.

We are asking for a $15.00/person donation on Friday to cover our entertainment "AND" food
costs, yep - you read right, food and entertainment for $15 bucks. You can't beat that anywhere!
BUT if you can't afford it this year, you won't be turned away. Yep, 15 bucks if you can, if not, no
worries, come and enjoy! If you have signed up for presale or are on the BuffettNews.Com,
Margaritaville.com or VIP list, your tickets will be at will call when you arrive.

Food will start at 5pm and run til it's out.

DESIGNATED DRIVERS ENTER, EAT AND DRINK FOR FREE AS ALWAYS. PLEASE, EITHER

NOT ONLY DO WE ENCOURAGE PARTYING WITH A PURPOSE,
BUT WE STRESS SAFE AND SMART PARTYING.

We will also be providing a taxi/shuttle service and rides from local area resorts and hotels will
be $4-6.00/person round-trip, contact us for more information and to make arrangements.
They will be running all day Friday for us.

For those of you car pooling it, our parking lot is available as in the past.
Feel free to meet there and carpool in to the show.

Finally, we will be running buses to the concert on Saturday, first come first served. Contact us
for info and to reserve a spot. Cost will be $34.00/PERSON.

All those attending the Hemingways Bash and staying in the area - Shuttle service to the bash has been confirmed. They will pick-up at most all locations/lodging within Lake Geneva area. Can handle 15 pholks per trip. Shuttle will begin running at 3pm on Fri June 24th and continue through Saturday morning. Last return trip will be 3am.

(May 27-29), Saturday Hemingways is doing a Fishstix Freddy Reunion starting at 8pm - 4 bands all together on 1 stage, playing non-stop trop rock / country rock beginning 8pm - NO COVER

Pirates Over 40, South Of Disorder, David Marshall & Johnny Russler and the Beach Bums

Consider it a rehearsal for the big show in 4 weeks.

Well as is the norm every year, we have passed the torch to another - Jessica will be now focusing on getting her staff and supplies ready for the family picnic weekend with a week left to the Alpine kick-off.

For those who have either emailed or spoken to Jess during the last few months, she will be taking care of all of us next weekend starting out in the Tiki Bar and then moving inside. If you see her, let her know that you appreciated her time and comittment to this exhausting trip, we sure did.

From here on in, contact for the weekend for the bus, shuttle, times, last minute lodging, questions, directions, coordination, etc returns to our event coordinator - Laura. You can't miss her, she will be the one with 3 walkie talkies hanging from her hula skirt and running around all weekend looking like a chicken with its head cut off (ok thats pretty graphic).

OK all - finalizing the presale and comittment list. I have 67 registered from BN. If anybody else needs to get on the list, please contact me no later than Wednesday June 22nd. We will be opening up remaining availability on Friday at that time and it will be FCFS. We have 392 presales so we still have 158 available before we need to close it out.

Shuttle transport has been confirmed for Friday. It will start at 4pm and run thru 3am. If you are not on the p/u list and are planning on using it, please contact me prior to Thursday June 23rd.

There are 7 bus tickets left for Alpine, again please contact me if you are interested.

Well I just woke up from 14 hours of sleep, what a great weekend!

Big thanks to all that attended our annual event, you guys sure rocked!!! I missed the concert but will see many of you in Chicago!

The stats:

Attendance Friday night - 548 (2010 - 574)
States represented - 32
Food consumed - 275 lbs pork, 275 lbs chicken, 327 burgers (the weekend), 213 hotdogs (the weekend), 143 brats (the weekend)
Landshark consumed - 1758 bottles and cans
Other beer consumed - 3116 bottles and cans
Margaritas consumed - 16.33 gallons
Liquor consumed - who the hell knows but it was alot

We only had a couple minor bumps the whole weekend (ran out of pig roast too soon, buses had 3 seats left)
