Oooooh that, from the description, looks gooood.
I'll have to keep an eye out for it.

Trappey's...my bro-in-law used to work for them in New Iberia La. Just outside of Lafayette. On a side note Lafayette, La...is a kick-ass town.

This was the GOOD stuff back then. The sauce line was sold to McIhenny (Tabasco) and then to this other company...I think they are now produced in New Jersey.
These are good ones to try though.
The BULL is one we can find in some Publix stores here...the rest are very good as well. BIL used to bring a case of various flavors when they cam back to FL for vacation.

I like the fact that the Scovill Units (heat measurement) are listed on the website.

I use it in meatloaf and in burgers for the grill. It is great on chicken fingers. I also put some in cocktail sauce.
Or cock sauce. :) [smilie=pimp.gif]

For quite a while I was so addicted to Melinda's Chipotle sauce, that it would go on Peanutbutter sandwiches. Try it!

I can have Scorned Woman on anything, but for the "melt you from input to output" you have to try Holy Sh*t. It's usually behind the counter. It doesn't list Scoville units, if you have to ask you shouldn't use it. I put a spot the size of my pinky nail in a pot of chili and people were sweating!

Sounds good for those that like that kind of stuff.
Personally...I'm more about flavor than flames.

Thought I would share. I am not sure if this beer is made anymore, but there is a jalapeno pepper marinating in the bottle. HHmmm....eat the worm or eat the hot pepper. I could spend all day trying to answer that questions ;)

One question: Where have you found this hot chili sauce that I can't pronounce? What foods do you use it on? Inquiring minds want to know...... :o
I found it at Wal-Mart and at most supermarkets. Sometimes it is in the Asian food aisle. I used it on a lot of stuff, Eggs, burgers, pizza, tuna sandwiches, it is not too spicy, but gives a great flavor.
Thanks, I'll check that out....... :pirate:

We've found the "original" hot wings sauce at our local supermarket from the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, NY:

My wife uses it for a killer Buffalo Chicken pizza.....the blue cheese crumbles on top are especiallt tasty! [smilie=coolup.gif]
Frank's is great for making your own wing sauce...add butter.
It *claims* to be the original sauce used at the Anchor Bar. I use it on just about everything.
First tried it at a hotel restaurant in Rochester, NY...on eggs.
Fantastic.

Frank's Red Hot....yep..."I put that sh*t on everything!!" 8)
