Dinner Buffett before Buffett?
Anyone know who caters the family buffet that occurs before a show for the band and the crew? I just saw JB here in KC, and he made reference to a particular local BBQ sauce and it got me to thinking...!

I cooked for Nadirah & Paul Roush last Monday in STL.. Plus the band had some of my food Tuesday after the Meet & Greet in STL. This is at one of our great friends home, we had about 65 of us there.
Will be cooking more for her and some of the band in future shows for Private events in the Midwest area.. They really loved
it...

It looks YUMMY!
Check out all the Photos at my face book page.. It was awesome, we went thru 30Lbs of BBQ Shrimp for apps. Then 45lbs of Pulled pork, 25 lbs of Beef Brisket and about 20lbs of my new baked beans that Ms. Nadirah loves, they are made with Brisket not pulled pork.
