So I'm at work today and can't watch the Redskins/Giants game. I understand we're ahead by 14 at the half. So, no matter what else happens, they can't take the first half away from me.

I know I said that the Pack would be KC this week, and I don't want to sound like a Monday morning QB, but I'm not completely shocked by this outcome. I think canning Haley was a good decision, a great decision. Getting Palko out of the starting position was a genius decision. The defense has looked pretty good this season. If Green Bay wasn't too worried about going 16-0, I would have sat more starters.

I think Romeo is guy these players could step up and play for, if we can finish out the season strong, I'd like to see him keep the job. Drop Palko and Cassel, stick with Orton.

Unfortunately, the Eagles still have a shot at the playoffs.

Probably one of the few times I will not mind the Cowboys making the playoffs. I know, not a good thing to say for a Redskins fan to say but.... Think of it this way, I'm so sick on how the media portrays the Mannings as NFL royalty and I don't want the dog abuser to get a Super Bowl ring.

I would prefer none of them but...

Yes, I agree with you Tom, Coughlin has to take most, if not all, of the blame for yesterday.

The Redskins games have been so bad I haven't even bothered to watch. I actually recorded the game, found out the score and then watched it. I forgot to record the first 10 minutes or so, which is probably good since that was one of Rex's picks and the dropped touchdown by (I think) Nicks.
I'm amazed at all these people saying we should lose so we can get a better draft pick.

Although they lost yesterday — frankly, what I saw and heard of the game makes me think they took the Chiefs too lightly and then couldn't ratchet it up when they needed to — Green Bay still will have something to say about who gets a Super Bowl ring and who doesn't.

And as far as the "dog abuser" — he did it, he got busted, he paid the penalty. End of story.
