Best is a coffee/hot chocolate move with a whipped cream top and a cream de menthe splash. seriously, i wish i had a better option, but truth is I've been wanting a great green drink that doesn't look like a diluted blue hawaiian.
you do have Puckers Apple which is green...Appletini's are green.
totally spaced on that.

It works!!!!

Champagne flute
3/4 oz. Midori
dash Blue Curacao
Top with champagne

The pouring of the champagne should mix the drink and give a rich, jewel tone green to compliment the red of the Poinsettia. Add two cranberries and mint sprig for garnish and you're set!

It's got dark spice rum, melon liquor, coconut rum, pineapple, sweet & sour mix, and I think blue curacao....yum. You could freeze it (it would'nt actually freeze, just get thicker).
:D
...and really, what says Christmas more than Parrotpi$$?

"Grandma, please enjoy this lovely cardigan....and would you like another glass of Parrotpiss?"

.....and then we stand by to watch Grandma do the limbo and sing WDWGS.
