So this is a BYO event, then? OK - we should put together a list of who is bringing what to assist. For instance, is anyone going to have a grill there?? We're staying at a hotel across the street so I won't have a car - I can bring some stuff for sure, or contribute financially to someone who has a vehicle and brings stuff... But I'd rather get some food to grill instead of getting subs, y'know?
