Also, like we do every year, we reserved multiple rooms at the Red Roof ($68+tax/nite) and La Quinta($89+tax/nite, 2 night minimum) across the street for our phamily and phriends. We have several extra rooms for our BN phamily. PM us if you're interested.

Super excited for the show! My friends and I are flying in from DC for this, and staying in a hotel near the venue (we'll probably cab to the tailgate). We plan on picking up liquor to bring with us for the tailgate... any of y'all know if we'll be able to just roll into the parking lot lugging a case of beer and bottle of tequila, or do we need to disguise it (i.e. pouring the tequila into a water bottle)?

Also, does anyone play flipcup at the Tampa tailgate? That's our favorite party game and we'd love to play some games with fellow Parrotheads, but obviously won't have our own table...

bring liquor, food, etc, no issues getting it into the tailgate lot. Check a few pages back to see where we'll all be. Find me once there and we'll setup a game on one of our tiki bars.

just started thinking about starting the beginning process of trying to clear my head of st. patty's day festivities. should be good to go by tampa................. this was one hell of a warm up. oh btw nashville rocks..........

So excited. Friday show is different for us here in Tampa. Just means I'll get to leave work early next Friday!

Long time reader first time poster here. Three coasties stationed in Jax will be heading over for the concert. We also have a room at the La Quinta. Sooooo can't wait for the show, more specifically the PARTY before the show:) Unfortunaltley today I got a bomb dropped on me that I need to navigate around....a f%^*ing work meeting got "moved" from Wed to Thur, and we planned to head south from Nothern VA Thursday around noon. What to do, call in sick, find a new job.......suggestions welcome!

Find the VPHC/Tampa Bay PH party....live music and I do beleive I read they are planning food as well for like $40 per person, if you got your own chow the party is free (but fee l free to put some cash in the tip jar for the talented artist lined-up)

We're planning food for those who coordinate with me ahead of time, so let me know asap if you need us to take care of food for you. I didn't want to leave those who were traveling from out of town in a difficult spot concerning food planning/packing.

Donations for the musicians and for the charity are strongly encouraged -- where else can you get 8 hours of live tailgate music prior to a kick butt concert?!
