Who will win.
If you want an experience, go to a Jimmy Buffett concert.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Life is short, live long!!

I see some mudslinging in our future.

It's going to be a lot closer than the 7 1/2 points I hear.

C'mon Penny, you know the Pat's are going all the way. Actually, I wanted the Packers to win it all. Just so they would have done what hasn't been done since '72, except for the loss to the Chiefs. Jolena would have never heard the end of it!!!! Ha Ha!!!
To Jolena...

You're love's put me at the top of the world

No disrespect to you Penny, but Ray Lewis belongs in prison, not a football field. I can't respect any team he's part of.

The court of public opinion is often tougher than the legal system ... which did not imprison him.

I respect your opinion, just make sure you apply your standards to all teams now and in the future.
If we looked hard enough at almost every organization, sports or otherwise,
we'd likely find bad apples .... just look at Penn State. The university is larger than any one person.
So too is a sports team and its fan base.

The Baltimore region is fiercely proud of their football sports heritage from the *real* Colts to the Ravens.

I am honestly curious to hear how a Tight End reminds you of a Linebacker who once killed a man?

Well, they both run/ran their mouth alot.

I dislike the Ravens more than I like the Patriots. I'll go with the Patriots for my New England friends. I do want to see the NE TE's vs Balt LB matchup. Heck, the whole NE O vs Balt D is going to be good.

I respect the hell out of the Ravens which includes pretty much everybody on their team who didn't kill a man (I think that leaves 4 players  ). I respect their defense but lets be honest - their defense is not the primary reason why they are in the AFC Championship. If they can contain Gronk and Hernandez then it is Welker and Branch all day. I just can't see the Ravens (even with Ray Rice who is amazing) outscoring the Patriots (whose defense has shown some spark of life) for 60 minutes. 34 - 24 Patriots.

Again, much like I said about Denver, the only way to stop Tom Brady is to keep the ball out of his hands. Clock management. If the Ravens can pound out some 6 - 7 minute drives then they got a shot.

Jon , i think, if they can consistently hit Brady.....he becomes a bit Gun Shy......Like the Giants did the last 3 times they played, and, the Jets last year....but, you have to get to him. Which is the hard part.

No disrespect from me either, Penny (because I am VERY rapidly becoming a Denver Broncos fan, thanks to Tim Tebow);
But this will be one of two occasions when I will cheer for a team from Boston-
1)When they play any team that A-Hole Vick plays for, and
2)When they play any team the murdering b*stard Ray Lewis plays for.

That is the beauty of having two Tight Ends and a glorified slot receiver as your primary and secondary targets . . . getting to Brady is next to impossible. The problem with teams who rely on the deep ball ( thats what she said) like back in the Brady to Randy Moss days is that it takes time for the play to develop and the QB becomes a sitting duck (much like Houston's reliance on Andre Johnson). I am sure Brady will see a sh*t ton of pressure from darn good pass rushers and murderers but any and all half time adjustments that may or may not be needed will revolve around a quick drop, a quick pass to Gronk, Hernandez, or Welker . . . or a solid 2 - 3 yard gain from Green-Ellis.

I predict two negative things in this Patriots win:

1. Brady will throw a pick in the first half because of pressure in a QB spy.
2. Green-Ellis will fumble the ball for the first time since Tebow was just a glimmer in Jesus's eye and Ray Lewis learned the subtle art of death by force (thank Tebow he didn't harm a dog . . . then he would really get some comeuppance on BN). :pirate:

<----- had to ask E for more clarification of your comments about Ray Lewis. I can't say I knew about the negative things. I may have heard about his issues when it happened years ago, but I simply didn't remember. All I meant was that Ray and Shannon both had the similar 'big mouths' on the sidelines with their teams, and were great cheerleaders.

short passes.....would work.....but, if i was to defense that, i'd be blitzing my safties and corners and keeping my linebackers back.....it's all timing.....not that they adjust.....but , as i said keep hitting him and those throws come off a bit quicker......as a matter of fact, Brian St Pierre just said the same on WEEI!!!
