I am looking to buy at least 2 (up to 4) tickets for this show as a surprise for my father (the parrothead) and me (and possibly my mother & sister).

I'm likely naive, but was very disappointed that tickets appeared to have sold out in 1-2 days yet there were immediately tons of people online charging 3 to 10 times the face value (all on ticketmaster's website where they were sold). Seems disgraceful, but maybe it's the way of things.
